A few Christmas Card Families....

Here are some Christmas Photo sessions of families that I have yet to blog about and I thought I have to get all my 2007 stuff blogged about so I can clear my, I will be posting a TON here in the next week!!! Here is the Williams who have two beautiful girls who are so sweet. I have been photographing this family for years now and it has been fun to watch the girls grow from newborns to preschoolers! They are so adorable! You can see that Brinlee had her kitty cat friend with her and I think it makes for a great memory of who she was at three years old!

Here is the Collins who have such a sweetheart little boy Skyler who has hit his terrible twos. I remeber taking photos of him when he was barely learning to crawl! Wow they grow up so fast! He loved playing with the leaves which we used to distract him from wanting to go play on the playground.

This is the Udy family who also have a little guy and he shares my husband's first name which is Brooks! Unfortunately, right before our session he ran into a piano and busted open his lip! Poor little guy! But we decided to do the session anyhow with a fat lip...boys will be boys! It is about capturing those memories and his parents can remeber this stage for years to come!

Salt Lake City

This is Katie and Jordan.

Katie and Jordan hired me to shoot their wedding photos in Salt Lake City at the LDS Temple downtown Salt Lake City. We met the day before their wedding and I began to take photos of these two in front of where they were about to get married the next day.

Katie and Jordan chose to take their couple photos the day before their wedding…which I think is so brilliant!!!! It is a guaranteed way to get the artistic photos you want without the stress the wedding day brings and allows enough time to take the endless possibilities of shots and locations. So often I find that couples leave their photo sessions on their wedding day for the very last thing and most of the time have to cram it in and we hardly have time for the couple photos. This couple wanted to take some urban shots downtown Salt Lake City and I was in heaven…I LOVE the urban look of a city in photos and am stoked that Katie wasn’t worried about getting her dress dirty! She was so cool to work with!

Katie was so cool to work with and was cool when we found old alleys to take photos in...she wasn’t even worried about getting her dress dirty and was willing to walk around downtown. For some reason alleys are really cool to me and I love taking photos against old brick walls! So cool!

The Red Wall

We hopped in the car and I had to stop to get a photo in front of this red wall! So, the sun was dropping fast and we only had like 5 minutes to take photos by this wall and I am so glad we did because they are some of my favorites!

The Stairs.

I love these stairs. I had to take photos of them just cuddling up on the steps.

Cute huh?

Cute kids huh….there were some real cute kids running around and I couldn’t help but snap some photos! This little guy's name is Brooks- just like my husband's name!
